HONORING OUTSTANDING WORKS AT THE AWARD CEREMONY OF THE "NGOA VAN IN ME" COMPETITION

Within the framework of the Commemoration Ceremony of the 696th anniversary of the Second Patriarch Phap Loa's return to the Buddha realm, the Organizing Committee solemnly held the award ceremony for the "Ngoa Van in Me" writing contest. This is a meaningful playground dedicated to students of Hanoi University of Culture, where fresh and emotional perspectives on the heritage land were honored.

The "Ngoa Van in Me" writing contest was launched with the desire to awaken pride and understanding of the history of Truc Lam Buddhism among the younger generation. After many days of implementation, the Organizing Committee received hundreds of entries from students of Hanoi University of Culture. Each work is a distinct lens, recording genuine emotions when they set foot in the sacred Ngoa Van hermitage.

Unlike dry research papers, the contest entries from Hanoi University of Culture students are deeply imbued with literary quality and the breath of the times. They not only wrote about the beauty of nature and the mist and clouds of Ngoa Van, but also delved into contemplations on tranquility, gratitude, and lessons from the virtuous lives of Buddhist Emperor Tran Nhan Tong and the Second Patriarch Phap Loa.
