VNPAY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS ON WEBSITE

The VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use their bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into Mobile Banking applications, or linked e-wallets to complete transactions and apply discount codes (if any).

Payment Methods via VNPAY

1. Payment Method via “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application”

Step 1: Select your desired products/services and click “Pay Now” or “Place Order”.
On the checkout page, please review your order, fill in all required recipient information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click “Place Order Now”.

Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway interface.
Select the method “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Application”.

Step 3: A QR code along with the payable amount will be displayed. Please verify the amount carefully.
Use your banking app (from the supported list), select “Scan QR”, and scan the QR code displayed on the website.

Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure successful payment, please review the scanning steps on your mobile device in advance to avoid timeout issues that may affect your transaction or discount codes.

Step 4: Verify the payment details, enter a discount code (if any), and complete the payment.
Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

2. Payment Method via “Domestic Card and Bank Account”

Step 1: Select the product or service and choose Pay Now or Place Order.
On the payment page, please check your selected product, fill in all recipient information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click Place Order Now.

Step 2: The payment screen will switch to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Choose the method “Domestic Card and Bank Account” and select the bank you want to pay from the list.

Step 3: Please enter your card/account information as required and click Continue. An OTP will be sent to your registered phone number; enter the OTP to complete the transaction.

Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.

Step 4: Once the payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation notification on the website.

3. Payment Method via “International Payment Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)”

4. Payment Method via “VNPAY E-Wallet”
