Previously, to reach Ngoa Van Pagoda, visitors had to spend about two hours hiking a 3–4 km route with steep, slippery, and potentially dangerous terrain. The introduction of the Trai Loc – Ngoa Van cable car has reduced travel time from two hours to just over 10 minutes, while also attracting more visitors to the pagoda.
