In the sacred space at Ngoa Van, the Executive Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) in Quang Ninh Province collaborated with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU-USSH) and Ngoa Van Yen Tu Cultural Tourism Joint Stock Company to solemnly organize a memorial and tribute program for the Third Patriarch of Truc Lam, Venerable Huyen Quang.

The opening highlight of the program was the spiritual incense offering ritual commemorating the life and immeasurable merits of Venerable Huyen Quang. In a tranquil atmosphere, a special musical and performing arts program vividly recreated his spiritual life and career. The classic tales of a multi-talented and virtuous First Laureate who renounced worldly glory to embark on the path of liberation brought the congregation deep emotions and profound admiration for the Truc Lam spirit.

The tribute journey continued with an incense offering ritual to the Buddha at Ngoa Van Hermitage - Pagoda - where Buddhist Emperor Tran Nhan Tong entered Nirvana. Here, the university's teachers and students listened to in-depth sharing from Dr. Nguyen Van Anh - Dean of the History Faculty about the historical significance and precious archaeological values of the Sanctuary.
