The Ceremony of Entering Summer at Ngoa Van Pagoda
The event "Entering Summer Ceremony" at Ngoa Van Pagoda has just concluded successfully, amidst the joyous participation of hundreds of Buddhists and tourists.
The Buddhists and tourists had meaningful experiences and activities during and after the Buddha's Day ceremony, Ancestors' Day ceremony, and the exploration of the Ngoa Van mountainous forest scenery. After visiting these sites, the Buddhists gathered at the main altar to recite sutras and chant praises to the Buddha, led by Most Venerable Thich Dao Hien, member of the Executive Council, Deputy Head of the Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Hanoi, and Deputy Head cum Chief Secretary of the Provincial Buddhist Sangha of Quang Ninh. They prayed for national prosperity, favorable weather, harmony, and a fortunate and auspicious summer season.
